Wie geht es dir? How are you?
Wie spät ist es? What time is it?
Wie sagt man das? How does one say it?

Questions for direction and movement

“Wo?” is the question word for activities, that are static, in English WHERE.

Example: Wo wohnst du? Where do you live?

For movement, we need the additions “hin”(A to B) und “her” (from B towards A).

Examples:
Wohin gehst du? Where are you going?
Woher kommst du? Where are you coming from?
